Will my number get blocked?
Messages go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, using templates Meta has approved, and are sent at a safe pace. Each number's quality rating from Meta is shown in the app, so you can see how it's doing.
Do I need a developer?
No. You need a WhatsApp Business number on Meta's Cloud API: its phone number ID and an access token from Meta Business Settings. Paste them under Numbers and the app checks them with Meta before saving.
Can I message people who haven't messaged me first?
Yes, with a template Meta has approved. Once someone replies, you can write to them freely for 24 hours from the inbox.
Do I have to create templates in Meta?
No. You can create and edit them in the app, with a live preview. They're sent to Meta for review and their status updates here by itself. Templates you already made in Meta sync in with one click.
My lead sheets are messy. Is that a problem?
No. The app reads several numbers in one cell, ignores notes like “(unclear)”, treats “Not Captured” and “N/A” as empty unless you say otherwise, and shows you exactly which rows need attention.
Can my team use it together?
Yes. Invite teammates to a workspace as owners or members. Each business gets its own workspace, and an owner can protect one with a password.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
Only if you turn on auto-reply for a conversation. Otherwise it suggests a reply for you to send or edit. It never starts a campaign without your approval.
